Every page on a site takes a different amount of work. A homepage is fully custom. A staff profile or blog post usually reuses a layout that's already built. Pricing reflects that difference instead of charging the same flat rate for every page.

Pages with their own layout: About, Services, Contact, Pricing, Locations, and similar core sections.
Pages that reuse an existing layout: staff profiles, individual services, blog posts, events, and similar.
Starting prices based on typical scope. Final pricing depends on design complexity, content, functionality, and how much restructuring is involved. For redesigns, pricing is based on the new site being built, not a page-by-page charge for what already existed.
